Very recently bought a VorTech (www.ecotechmarine.com) for testing and eval by www.reeftank123.com.

MD shipped timely, but I would have preferred they informed that a new product release was imminent.

Not heard their side of the story yet.

I think that lies on the shoulders of the consumers. That said, I am pretty sure you can get the vortec upgrade for free with a copy of your receipt.
