Ecotech MP40 Smart Drive not responding to Apex WXM

I have 4 Ecotech MP40 smart drive pumps. One of them will not respond to the Apex WXM controller. The other 3 all respond correctly. It appears that Apex does not recognize or will not communicate with the 4th Smart Drive. I cannot find anything in the (very limited) Ecotech instructions nor in the Apex WXM manual that is of any help with this problem.
Has anyone else encountered this? Any ideas how to correct it?

Never mind. I found the answer on the Neptune forums.
