Apex Jr. Aqua Controller not working?? Help?

I have an apex Jr. that's about 15 years old. The Aqua Controller will not light up and looks dead. Is there a battery to replace for this? Any other ideas?

Whatever battery there is would be for program memory and I doubt it is user serviceable, though you could try.. Otherwise there's no fuse to my knowledge just the circuit breaker button which I believe is only for the actual outlets and shouldn't stop it from turning on.

Having said that, if it looks dead and you know the place you're plugging in is good, you could open it up and see what's inside if you are a DIY type - perhaps there is a fuse.
