Ecotech Radion G3 not working

So my Ecotech Radion G3 that I purchased in Canada(I live in Canada) in August of 2014, stopped working last week. It will turn on initially, then the LED's go off, and the 3 lights blink red. I connected the unit to a PC directly and reset the unit with no success. I called into Ecotech this morning, and they told me to find out who the distributor was through the dealer I bought it from, and get in touch with them. I did this and contacted Aqua Digital. Aqua Digital emailed me back and told me call Ecotech. Who takes care of Ecotech Radion problems when their unit stops working?

There was some mix up from Radion with my phone call to them. Aqua Digital is now waiting on parts and has no timeline for when this will be fixed.

What is the normal turn around time from contacting Ecotech to getting the product fixed?
