Ecotech Radion Pro stopped working.

My pro quit working today at 1630. Only had this thing for a couple months.
I have always had great customer service so not worried about getting it fixed.
Only worries now is that half my sps tqnk has no light. Have tried switching power supply etc.
Anyone else ever had a Radion stop working?

Mine did. I could get mine to restart by doing a factory reset.
They did replace mine.

I too would recommend factory resetting the light, and disabling the buttons on the unit. If this does not correct the issue, please contact us directly and we will resolve the issue!
