It depends on what type of corals you want and what the dimensions of your tank are. For a standard 4' tank, it should be fine for LPS and Soft Corals. If you want SPS, I'd recommend a couple XR30's.

Has nothing to do with the length of the tank, length matters in the number of units because even the 30'only cover 24 inches
The depth of the tank matters when choosing between the 2. I Think a standard 75 gallon tank 20 inches high if you Minus 3 inches for the sand that's 17 inches
The xr15 are 90 watts each the xr30 I think are 130. I feel the xr15 pros should be good enough to grow most corals in a 17 inch deep tank Even the easy sps.

I can speak from personal experience for having run two G3 XR15's over a 20" water depth tank that they are not adequate for acros and milles, even directly under the puck. I ran that for over two years up to 90% intensity and while I had them as dialed as I could, the coral colors were still lacking and growth was minimal at best.

How do you know it was the lights that kept the milli or arco from growing

Because about 1.5 months ago I switched to an ATI T5 fixture (only tank change) and since then my coral growth has exploded and they are showing colors they have never shown before. I think a pair of XR30s would have done much better than the XR15s (I'm not here selling T5), I just didn't have a spare $1500 to experiment. I think LEDs can work for Acros and Milles, you just need to use about double what is recommended for adequate PAR and coverage.

Many people grow crazy sps without issue using LED. But LED aren't as user friendly and not as easy to tune. T5 and halide are more user friendly. But you can grow coral with LED just as much as anything else. In your case you were either giving too much intensity and/or not the right amount of the right color channels.
Also with LED it's about the PUR and PAS more than PAR.

True I agree with Honda. Not saying divingworld is wrong about the leds. Just saying your too many variable are unknown. But of course if it works for you don't change it
