Ecotech vs. tunze long term

Never owned a vortech but do own Tunze, I love them and Roger is amazing w his customer service

I think I am definitely leaning more towards the tunze. As good as I know the vortechs are, I think they will cost more in the long run. I have read several stories about people needing to replace one side or the other. Very few stories about tunze. That may be just a difference in popularity but like I said, I've had koralias for about 8 years and have been completely trouble free without any regular maintenance. In all honesty, between these brands, it seems to be 6 of one and half a dozen in terms of performance.
