Ecoxotic Blinking?

I have a Ecoxotic panarama strip that has just started blinking, (pic below)
it's about a year old, and the blinking is intermitant.
when it blinks, it'll go off for 2 to 10 seconds, then on for the same amount, goes off and on for a bit, then stops blinking.
it might start again in a few minutes, or not again for the rest of the day.
it's never at the same time, it's very random.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I had this same problem but with one of their stunner strips. I contacted Ecoxotic. They diagnosed it as a faulty power module. They sent me a new one immediately and it fixed the problem. I have had no more problems since.

They do have pretty good customer service, I would email them, I'm sure they will send a replacement right away.

same thing mine was a bad power module they replaced it with no questions
