It would probably help to list the sq footage and how much you're asking monthly for rent *shrug* and if you want a yearly or month to month lease. I have a lot of clients that can't buy anymore due to the current situation.

This is a real deal! If I was moving to colorado agan I'd do this for sure! 1500 barely gets you 3 bedrooms 1 1/2 baths buying here let alone renting.
