Egg Crate in Montgomery???

Apparently they don't have it in the Prattville Lowes or HD. Any place in Montgomery that has egg crate? I'm building a foam wall on my 20H. I do have a backup plan but this would simplify it.

I've found it at both Lowe's and HD here in Montgomery - at least the HD out on Chantilly, not sure about the one on Eastern Bypass.

If you just need enough for a wall on your 20H, I probably have some to spare. If you are interested, let me know.

At my Home Depot, it's in the same area as ceiling tiles.

I'll double check the ceiling tiles, I'll be in Montgomery to get some rock so I can swing by Chantilly it'd be a good excuse to visit Petland to gawk at the high priced brown polyps and puppies on layaway.

They've got it on Eastern. It is sold as light diffuser (no one at Lowe's/HD will have a clue what egg crate is, most likely). At HD on Eastern, it is in the back left corner of the store. There are other fluorescent lighting diffusers back there, too (flat semi translucent plastic, etc.). It's not adjacent to the outdoor area, but it is on th eback wall, as adjacent as that wall gets to the outside/plant area. ~$13 a sheet.

what do you all use to support the 'egg crates'

I'm making a foam wall so I'll be gluing in magnets to hold it up against the glass. I'm using pond foam to adhere the rocks to the egg crate then fill in the spaces with the foam. I'll be documenting the build in my 20H thread in the nano sub-forums.

I cut pieces of egg crate and zip tie them to the 'platform' egg crate. Others use PVC pipe that is zip tied to the egg crate 'platform' (via holes drilled in the pipe).
