I have been seeing these a lot lately and have been wondering what could have layed them anyone know??

Since the pic is a bit blurry I am going with the spirorbid worms, rather than eggs. But with bad eyes they look like eggs to people. Look those up and compare :) They are harmless and frequently populate new tanks in large numbers, though they can come and go any time.

I didnt think they were the worms because they're closed with a yellow center in them but it could just be me. And thx for the help
 
In my experience, eggs on the glass with yellow centers (which are actually many smaller eggs) tend to be nerite snail eggs - google them and see if it's a match.

Oh I have a nerite snail but I'm looking to get more, sadly my lfs rarely has them. And I googled it and they are a match
