Egg maturity rate? Mollies

I was just wondering how long it took for Molly eggs to hatch. The reason I am asking is that I have a bit of an oddity going on in my tank. My wife bought me a mated pair of mollies on my birthday, mid july, I put them in the tank after they were in quarantine for a while. About a day, maybe 2, after I put them in my display tank my anemone descided he really liked the male molly. After a short funeral service for mr. molly I went about things normally. Well, about 2 days ago I noticed I had about 6 fry hanging around on the bottom of my tank. The only other mated pair that I have in my tank are Golden Striped Maroons. At first I was thinking, Awesome GSM babies!, but they didnt look quite right as they are all different colors. Could my male molly fertilized eggs that long ago and they are just now hatching? The fry are now at the top of the aquarium eating regular fish food and are about 1/4in to 1/2in long.

Mollies are live bearers, they do not lay eggs.

The females can carry sperm packets for up to a year I believe.

They don't also have the whole clutch a once, they can pop one out every couple of days.
