Eggs?

:confused: Not sure what these are but they showed up in my tank this morning. Please help.

I second snail eggs, but it would be more helpful if you stated what kind of fish/inverts you are keeping :D
 
I have 1 lettuce nudibranch, and many astrea snails, i have found a bunch of information and almost positive that they are nudibranch eggs. But have one question....Will they hatch without another nudibranch there to fertilize them?
 
If I were a betting man, I'd say the nudi. Nudibranchs are hermaphrodites (but they hardly ever self-fertilize). I believe that they can store sperm and use it later, though.
