Is there different types of jager heaters or is there just one? Not meaning different watts. meaning different models If so whats the best for a 250 or 300w

They used to be Ebo jager and Eheim bought them out.
I have one of the old Ebos in a FW tank that still works great after 15 years.
I bought 2, 250w for my 120 and while I haven't had a chance to use them yet (tank not quite ready for water) the quality seems just as good... I even smacked one on our granet countertop just to see if the tubes where still as unbreakabke as they used to be..

IMO, definitely one of the better glass heaters out there. If hooked up to a controller, then even better
