Getting the Nigripes pair a smaller house. This carpet is very large and needs a good home. Taking offers. Pics were taken on sunday. Waterford/Avalon area.

wow thats huge. just curious but how big is it by dimensions. looks like at least a foot in diameter.

In a 92G corner that thing is taking up a third of the tank...I would have to agree with bluecarpet, that thing is at least 1.5'.

Not yet, I got up and fed the fish and it wasnt fully open. Just got home and the lights are off. It is at least 1.5 feet when fully open and after being fed. You can see the Nigripes eggs on the glass to the right in the 1st pic.

HAHA yes thats me .. We were wondering if people had noticed the blue window.. I haven't really been able to think of a way to stop that

I once ran a fire call in a house that was FULL of plants growing and metal halides, the windows where all covered in tin foil.... Im sure it woudl stop the glow but tin foil windows plus a high power bill just may get the police hanging around your house quite quickly

haha, they do that in the dorms, not the plants part but the tinfoil. It's a cheap way of keeping the sun out so they aren't waken up before 12. Some lazy people those college kids are.

I think I like the aesthetic appeal of my blinds is better than tinfoil. Heck, if the cops wanna see what I'm growing they are more than happy to come admire my tank

Pacific Reefs, everytime I see that green Haddoni, I always want it but there is no way my 55 gallon could host such a monster. Any luck on finding a purple Gigantea or Ritteri? I will let you know if I find anything.

Yah found a nice Ritteri and that gigas so I have to make room fast. Maybe we should frag the carpet like Calfo does?
