Electric Scallop

Not sure if this is the right place but.

Do Electric scallops need a specific type of lighting? Will they sting corals?

I posted a similar question a while ago concerning this subject:

Basically, they aren't photosynthetic, so light won't affect their survival. However, they are filter feeders, and in order to keep one alive, you have to target feed it daily. If you don't, they'll die.

The general idea I got was that its not a good idea to have one.

Yep probably a bad idea
I already feed a sun coral every 3 days
