is there an all in one solution for this?

is there a device like hannah or pinpoint makes that does the following in one device:
pH
salinity
temp

if not what would be the best instruments to buy for putting in a sump for constant operation, or on-demand use.

Well if you want to get expensive and sophisticated, you could look at Aquatronica or other similar controller. If you just want the information, you could get a pH probe such as Pinpoint. Salinity is best measured by a refractometer and temperature by a thermometer.

I have a hanna handheld that does orp ph temp and tds. I've only had it a month but sofar it's pretty nice. I use a refractometer for salt

Most salinity meters also measure temperature as that is a necessary part of the calculation to get from conductivity to salinity.

I'm not aware of any good salinity and pH combination meters/probes.

I do not recommend leaving salinity meters in the water 24/7. Deposits and growths on them can change the readings substantially.

The reefkeeper 2 that I have on my tank measures temp and ph. I would always suggest a refractometer over the plastic salinity measurers. The reefkeeper 2 is a bit expensive for a beginner but it sure makes things nice. You can see your temp,ph,time of day, if the heater is on, which powerheads are running all the glance of the interface that is included. When it comes time to feed the fish you just push the standby button and it turns it all of for feeding. I have mine set to stay off for 10 minutes.
