elegance coral feeding

when feeding an elegance coral, should i feed every mouth.
don't know if it is one animal or multiple

Hello Mduvall. I believe most of the Elegance corals sold in the trade are individual animals, many with multiple mouths. Follow this link for one of the better descriptions of the Elegnace and its manner of eating. http://www.saltwaterfish.com/site_1...ategory=4&category_search=62&root_parent_id=4
This source says the animal shares the nutrition taken in by many mouths throughout one animal.
Aquarium Corals by Erich Borneman also suggests the addition of Strontium, Calcium, and trace elements for proper nutrition.
I add Zooplankton and Phyto Plan (Two Little Fishies), mine has done very well without selective individual feeding.
