Huh! I never thought of doing that. My DI is an add-on to my existing under-sink RO unit anyway. Better quality and more time between cartridge changes...Cool!

My next feat is to copy something Bill Wann (theres a name I haven't seen in a while, but wish I did) used in his system. If I understand it correct, he stored his DI water in a 150g container. He would draw it out with a pump and put it back through his RO/DI system, ensuring that his stored water was always 0 TDS. Very cool.
