How do you guys feel about going to Ellis or unique corals vs getting a box of wwc silver club for $99 a month?

I'm considering the club since it takes me an hour plus of driving there and back but they do have great prices.

I have not looked at the sillver club you mentioned, but I can't figure out a couple of things:

1. How does one have the room in a tank to keep getting corals like magazines? Wouldn't the corals grow and you run out of room quickly??

2. How do you let someone else choose your coral? Sure, it's a novelty at the beginning, but isn't the whole point of the hobby to go out and collect the corals you MUST have and not leave that work for someone with a Bias opinion?

I definitely agree with the points you've made. However, my tank still has lots of space and I don't mind having them choose for me. The ones that I do want are absurdly priced on here and there are a lot more corals to discover and this club is a part of that discovery for me. I might try a month just to see how it is then go on from there. It definitely won't be an all the time thing And hopefully I'll eventually have some desirable frags to trade.
