Email alarm wrong data

I finally got around to setting up my email but keep getting email alarms sent to me. I have it setup to email me if the temp drops below 23.8C. Problem is the Apex says 25.6 at the controller and on the web interface this matches. The emails says my temp is at 23.6 unless I am reading this wrong. The ph is also incorrect. What is the problem?

Below is the email I get.

There is a bit of a delay between the time the condition trips the email and when it gets sent. Notice that all three of your heaters were ON when the email was sent, so by the time you recieved the email, the temp had risen. You could add a 'Defer 00:30 Then ON' command to the email outlet. This would buffer out minor fluctuations and reduce the false alarms.

Thanks for the response but figured it out. My email alarm was set to manual so it basically sends an email every 60 minutes as a test. Set it to Auto and everything is fine including correct temp and ph.
