Emails from Profilux

I've tried to get this answered on the support forum, but no luck yet.
Anyone here have any advice?
I can receive email alerts from the pc software (GHL Control Center) no problem, but I can't get any from the Profilux itself.
It's probably some kind of router issue but I have no idea what to look for in my router settings.
I have no problems accessing the Profilux from home or remotely. The only problem is getting emails to send. They won't go to my phone as text messages either, so it definitely seems to be an issue on the Profilux side of things, not an issue with the email provider (ATT Uverse).

Any help is appreciated!

I think your provider accepts only SSL emails.

did you check the setting "encrypted via GHL server"?

after trying to send an email - is the SMTP-IP updated in GCC?

As far as I can tell, yes.

I have tried it with both my ATT and my Gmail accounts.
I did check the encryption box.
There is a set of numbers in the smtp-ip field, but they do not change, even if I change the info from one account to the other.

Well, I use noip.com to take care of the dynamic ip, and i'm able to access the profilux from any internet connection. So i would assume it is? It is set to obtain that stuff automatically.

Well, today it is working.
I think I had ATT's old info in the smtp field. I used their new outbound.att.net for that field and it is sending to my gmail account or my phone as a text just fine.
