Emblemaria Pandionis questions

Hey everyone I had a couple questions about Emblemaria pandionis but it is impossible to find decent info on them. I purchased one about a week ago for my 60g cube and was wondering how they do in groups. I love mine so far and wanted to add a couple more but wasn't sure how they do with similar fish. Also do they only change between their black and white colors when trying to blend in or is it a display similar to flashing? Any help is appreciated since I cannot find anything on them.

I think they should get along in a small group. These barnacle blennies are highly stationary and only dart out of their holes to grab food. But I wouldn't go with more than 2 to 3 males in a 60 gallon tank and the tank should provide enough hiding spaces for all of them.
Finding females may be the really tricky part as they look significantly different and are often not collected.

I had some of those (or a very similar species) in the past and several males got along fine. Females may bicker among each other but as long as there is space enough it should not go any further.

I have right now a couple of baby Acanthemblemaria hancocki in one tank and a spawning pair in another with my Blue Spotted Jawfish. The 3 babies are bickering a bit with each other but it never gets to a fight. The pair gets along, but male and female have their caves at opposite ends of the tank.
Generally with these blennies the males are stationary while the females roam around.
