Emerald Crab Problem! Looks like bugs

Okay, I really tried to take some pictures of my Emerald Crab, I just noticed TONS of tiny itty bitty bugs running around my Emerald crab. I don't know what they are, I know what pods look like and these are way tinnier. They also run around about 6x faster than the normal pods move. So even the best picture I got didn't know them up well. Wont post the picture since it doesn't really show up well in it. All my other animals seem to be clean of them (both cleaner shrimps, fish, corals etc). Any idea what it may be??? They seem to be clear colored but is hard to tell since the lighting in my aquarium was distorted.
