emerald crab???

just want some opinions from others on there take of emerald crabs. I have a small outbreak of green algea and was thinking of getting one to help control it. I have a little 12g nano with 2 true percs a fire fish and blenny.I might be over feeding or my daughter might be either way thanks in advance for your info.

Emeralds are cool, but I wouldn't rely on them to take care of an algae issue. I've heard they -do- eat bubble algae though.

I never had a problem with emeralds. But a turbo might do the trick.

They will eat some fish and are almost impossible to get after that. Ate some Rainfords on me, couldn't get the crab till finaly killed him in a hole in rock.

Cut back on feeding and water changes
