Looks a lot like brooklynella. The only med I know will help is formalin. Formalin can be hard to find. There are other meds that contain formalin though. I forget the name, but I think one med containing formalin is even Wal-Mart has it. Assuming this is brook, I'm afraid your chances of saving it are less than 50/50. Brook is very contagious and deadly, you still may have time to save your other fish.

Mr tusk would you recommend taking the other fish out and puting them in a different qt? Does brook stay in the water?

Yes. I believe the fallow period for brook is 6 weeks, I'd go eight weeks. I'd do this asap, brook is a very quick and deadly parasite. Again, I'm just assuming this is brook, I can't tell for sure from the pic. FWIW: I'm probably 95% sure its brook. Also, I see you're using copper; ,be sure not yo mix any copper with the formalin.

Ok the first clown is dead. Formalin is on the way from amazon. The other two fish are showing no signs as of yet. I have a 10g that I can transfer them to after a freshwater dip. Is this advisable also I won't mix copper with the formalin
