Emergency Tank Leak...Yikes

Title says a lot. My 120g is leaking via the seam and I need to take it down and hopefully avoid catastrophe.

I would like to rehouse my large yellow tang. This isn't really the time to be picky but I would like for someone with the room, means, and desire to take him home as a new pet. I have had him/her for about 4 years now and it is a beautiful fish. Also, I have some large turbo snails that will need to be relocated.

If you can help me with this issue I would be greatly appreciative. If I am slow to respond that is because I am working on the tank.
