Hi, I´m very interested in reprodutive biology of Emperors, Pomacanthus imperator

I would like to know how to form breeding pairs, as well as set up information and some special details associated with....

Did somebody breed them in captivity ?

Big tank /lots of food/stable environment. Pairing usually works when you get two different size angels.(one being an adult and the other being juvenile). You will probably need a tank that is at least three feet tall or even higher so that the spawn rise can take place. I suggest start with dwarf angels or something small first

Dwarf are very easy to get going.You can buy pairs for $90 bucks and they have been known to rise very often.

Yes Centropyges are guiding me, I studied Clownfishes and then I´m studing Centropyge breeding, specially the way to colect eggs and larvae manegement.

Is the Emperors reprodutive biology the same as Centropyges ? I mean It change sex as Centropyges ?

Is there any reprodutive register ?
