Enaly ozone generator

Just wondering if anyone who uses an Enaly ozone generator has had any problems with it. I purchased mine in Jan. It lasted 6 weeks and died......fuse blew so I took it back for a replacement. I figured something caused the fuse to blow out so I didn't want to just replace the fuse on a unit only 6 weeks old.
Got the replacement and it lasted 4 weeks and stopped producing o3. It pumped air, but no o3. So I took that one back and got another (3rd one) replacement. This one lasted a little over 3 weeks and now it also stopped producing o3.
All 3 looked like they were running extremely hot. The sticker on the back was discolored from the heat and the big blue Enaly sticker on the front actually started to peel off.
I took the 1st 2 I got back to the store I bought it from, but this time I sent it back to the company's office in Canada. Maybe they just got a bad lot...dunno.
I use an air drier so it isn't moisture in the air causing the unit to stop producing o3. Are these junk or did I just hit a bad lot?

I have one that I use on my hottub. It has been running 24/7 for about 8 months. I can smell the ozone as it exits into hotub, so I guess it is running fine. For the cost you can buy this on ebay, I figured I would replace this about every 12-18 months.

First one lasted 2 months. Sent it in and the 2nd one lasted 3 days. Fuse blew. Replaced the fuse and smoke started to come out. I gave up. Shipping is $10 to send it back to Canada. I cant believe there's so many defective units

@wadewood: I would be happy if mine lasted 12-18 months. I can't get 12 weeks from one.

@cthetoy: I sent mine USPS Air, only cost $5.20. I think I'll be looking for something else in the mean time. I don't expect a quick turn around on this.

Thats strange. I also sent mine USPS air and it was over $12 for sure. It was international shipping to Canada.

THey are sending me a 3rd unit now. I requested just the Ozone generator itself and not the one with the air pump. Let see how long this will last.

When I contacted Enaly, they told me to send it USPS and put the value at $10. I had to fill out the Customs slip since it is going to Canada. The package weighed 1.7 lbs I believe and it was $5.20 to ship. I originally told them to send it ground, but they said ground will take 4-6 weeks to get there and would only be $0.20 less than Air.

Since your on your 3rd, how long was the turn around for the others?

When I sent my defective Enaly it took about a week to send it there. They shipped me a new one but that came from China which is another 1 week. If you live in the East coast it should arrive 2-3 days since China ships it to NY and then using DHL to complete its shipment. Hopefully my third will be the charm
