encrusting gorgonia VS. Crocea

I was wondering if a clam will keep the gorgonia off of it?

or will my clam be smothered and over taken by it.

I'd assume the clam's regular movement will keep it from anchoring too much on the shell, but it might irritate the mantle if in contact- must admit I don't have experience with encrusting gorgonia, though- good luck-

Thanks for the input I guess i will just keep a close eye on it. It does not have a sting. But i was not sure if clams could sting it to keep it back.

I guess i will have to get out the cutters and keep it trimed back. I do not want to move the clam it moved for weeks untill it got there.

put some rubble between them,then every time the gorgonia gets close cut it on the other side move the rubble some where else and put some new down.soon ur tank will be full of gorgonia
