encrusting monti ID please

I got this monti from a fellow reefer. I'm not an sps guy at all, but am starting to get into the montiporas. He had a piece up high that was entirely the same purple as part of the pic shows. I commented I liked it. Its a real cool blue under actinics, if I recall right. Anyways, he also had a chunk on the sandbed that was all brown except for a speck of purple here and there. He offered it up, so I grabbed it. I've had it under 250 watt 14K MH and it is starting to color back up. Still has a long way to go. I kind of think its a danae, but am still working on an ID. Can anyone help me out?

I hope to follow up in a couple weeks with an updated pic.

It is a bit small and underdeveloped to ID closely. It is not M. danae, which has much smaller corallites in relation to the tuberculae. It may be M. flabellata, which is a creeping plate type.
