Will encrusting montis grow into each other (will superman monti grow into sunset monti)?

They will either kill each others edge, or one will kill the others edge and/or grow right over the top of the other. Sometimes they wont hurt each other too much though and will just grow away from each other, but thats not usually the case

My Sunset Monti is starting to kill the edge of my rainbow Monti. I was really interested also to see what was going to happen. I hate to see this happen.
