Encrusting Monti's

[Hookup]

By way of photos, how many are there?

I have a;
Green base with red polyp - fire engine red mont
Blue base with red polyp - true superman
Orange base with green polyp - Sunset (or sunrise?)


What else is out there? What do you guys have?

Super man, sunset, rainbow, poker star, a weird purple-ish undata, and now an aquaman, maybe some more I forgot. Montipora grow like crazy in my tank! These are the ones I have, I think they are all encrusters.

And I do think Poker Star and Rainbow are the same... anyone have those two in the same tank who can validate they are in fact different?

Some monti's are the same thing but with different names. I do personally prefer encrusting for all my monti's.

My rainbow is purple base with green polyps, along the new growth the polyps are orange and red. My pokerstar has a green base with green polyps, orange polyps around new growth.

I will try to get some photos of aquaman, and poker star up after work. My aquaman has light greenish/blue base, with rediculously bright orange polyps. Also, my poker star has a turqoise base with green polyps. It doesn't sound like much, but it's actually quite stunning in person. I don't know what color the base is on my rainbow (too many polyps open all the time, I've never seen the polyps retracted.) the rainbow has green, orange and red polyps.
