Energy Bar 4 Stopped Working?

We're just sitting here watching our tank and all the lights in the tank went off. I unplugged the T5 lights from the EB4 that they were connected to and plugged them into a regular outlet and they work fine. How do I fix the EB4? Thanks.

How do you know it wasn't a program that turned them off on the EB4?

Try to select an outlet on the EB4 and set it to Manual ON via the web page. Plug in a table lamp. Does it work?

The outlet doesn't work with anything plugged into it, even if it's in the manual on mode.

Turn the lts. off manually with the controler via web and leave off for about 10 min. restart the controler.
