Hi i have a engineer goby that i think but im not sure that is infected with ich. i see that his color changed a little i see him like a little white and have some like 5 little white spots im not sure if it is part of his changin to adult, because he is right now changing to adult colors. i was going to treat him with cupramine, but was reading that he is intolerant to the copper because he is a scaleless fish. what treatment if someone should i give him? im feeding food soaked in garlic right now. and he is eating like a pig.
i need some help.
Thanks

Garlic isn't going to go anything, if this is ich. These are ideal fish to treat with tank-transfer. There's a sticky above. Is this fish in a QT? If this is ich, and he's in with other fish , all of your fish need to be treated and your DT left fishless for 10-12 weeks. I've used copper on lots of gobies; but if you have to treat all of the fish now. I'd use chloroquinine phosphate.

He was in the display tank, but now he is in quarantine, for me the tank transfer is not an option I live on a small apartment and already have 2 display tanks and 1 hospital tank and I don't have space for another tank. I can try the hypersalinity or a treatment with some medicine, but Im not sure if its really ich
