Greetings, I am finishing up purchasing equipment for a New Big Tank project and need a little re-assurance or advice! What I am building is a Bowfront 540 display,The Tank itself measures 96 in. wide,36 in. tall, and depth of 30 on ends and 42 in center...It has twin overflows in each corner with (1) 2 in. drain in each box accompanied by (1)1in. old return converted to drain!..Return pump currently is a hand me down Ampmaster 3000 that is manifolded thru 1 in. to (4) 3/4 returns and (1)3/4 return-back to the sump to let it run cooler...If more turnover is needed I have a NEW Manta Ray but seemed a little excessive? Circulation in the display is being handled by 3 Vortech MP40W,2 Tunze 6105,1-6205...The placement of pumps is as follows. Tunze are all on back wall,From L-R 6105-6205-6105, 2 MP40's on left panel 12in. from floor and 12in. from water level staggered diagonally,Last remaining MP40 is centered in the middle of the right panel....Tank is cycling with Live rock and is hard to tell flow patterns...Just nervous I guess. Wil probably return for advice on Coral selection due to the depth of the Tank..Thank you for advice and HELP..
