I think for now you are fine, in general if you have 2 6000's in a 90 you are only running one at a time. If you want to eliminate a issue with constant flow direction or see some deadspots, go for it but otherwise their is no need.
I asked Roger the same question a while back. My tank will be all SPS so I have two 6000's with controllers now. I have them on timers since I don't have the multi controller. One runs every 15min and vice versa
im thinking of getting another job to cover what i am capable of spending. i really want to get another 6000 and a multi. I have a 6000 and a single. hey roger!! can I trade it in?? Ha Ha
I originally had a 6000 w/ single controller in my 75....now have two 6000 on a 7095 contoller and boy what a difference, not to mention all the different flow patterns and settings available. On your 90 gal, I wouldn't see a problem.
