Enough for Crocea?

I want to get a Crocea but my current tank will not support it. If I put the light below on a JBJ 24G Tank will this be enough light for it to thrive?

i have that light for my 17G tank and the clams are doing fine (see pic in my gallery)

Reefexpert. Did you see a big difference when you went to MH? On my 12G I have some Zoanthids, Mushrooms, frogspawn, GSP, and Ricordia. When I move to the 24 and MH just wonder if they will do better.

i think that everything in the tank is better after switching to MH... (maybe just psyschologically
