enough light for an ecopico??

Anyone think this will be enough light for an ecopico cube? its a 10 inch cube by 12 inch height..

Should be good for softies and LPS, possibly SPS. I'd be worried the quality of components though. I see no mention of brand for the LEDs, driver or if lenses are included.
