Enough light for cap?

A cap isn't something I was planning on getting for a while, but I would like to someday. I have 96 watts of T5 and the cap would be about 10-12" from the light. Is this enough light?

I have a crappo tank in my basement, I'm actually trying to rehab it as we speak. BUT, I grew orange cap in it with T5's no problem with minimal water changes, over feeding, no clean up crew, and tons of algae. For a while it was a nice brilliant orange, but now it's pretty pale. Possibly too much light 4 39w bulbs. About 10 inches below light.

It'll grow.
