Enough lighting for zoa's???

I've been looking at the new picotope 3g tanks from JBJ and was thinking about buying one and turning it into a zoa garden for my computer desk. My question is this, would the 9w of PC that the light ficture provides be enough light for some of the more brighter zoa's like PPE, and Tubs blues??? Any thoughts would be great!
