Enough lighting?

I have a 95 gallon clarity plus corner tank, and was wondering if I have enough lighting for a clam. It currently has

65w antinic
65w 10k
96w antinic
96w 10k

322x total

Also, what kind if any do I have the lighting for?

Thanks
Bob

This will be debated but I don't believe PCs are sufficient lighting for any clams. Some people have success with PCs and some of the lower light clams such as Hippoppus or T. derasa but the amount of people who have this lightoing and fail are in greater numbers.

I agree...you *might* be able to get away with a lower light clam like T. Squamosa, but they don't like being up on rocks, but rather on the sandbed, so there might not be the intensity of light on the bottom for him.

It might be better to save those clams for VHOs+ and Maximas and croceas for MH. GOod luck!

thats a big tank. I got away with 96 watts over a 10 gallon with a maxima and a dersea for 1.5 years. There is no way I would have tried it on a larger tank w/ PC lighting.

greg, i have a 10 gallon set up and i want a clam i would rather have the maxima instead of the squamose you think i could get the maima clam i have 96 watt PC lighting.
???
Thanks

Notice his sig he went to MH :) I wouldn't do it if I were you, still too risky. (Not trying to speak for him though!)
