enough room for a sump??

i want to add a 29 gallon tank as a sump/fuge for my 75...it has to go under the stand....i will only have approximately enough clearance to basically fit my arm in there......will i need more clearance for a sump/fuge? I should be able to get stuff out of the back, but i am concerned with the room to get in and out through the front....it opens up a bit more once you get through the stand.....

the other option that i have is a 20 gallon long which will work fine, but i was hoping to have the extra 10 gallons of space....

any suggestions.....how much clearance do i need??

Just remember that when you service it you will want to make it as easy as possible. Also keep in mind for when equipment needs to be added or replaced (i.e. protein skimmer, return pump, heaters, etc.) I fought for a day with my protein skimmer
