BTW Lou,

That is some EXCELLEMT Live Rock, THANKYOU.

I did have a question for you though.

I remember that you said you had three brittle stars, but we were only able to find the two GREEN brittle stars.

What was the color of the other star?

Thanks,

bill b

Actually, I PICKED UP THE ORANGE SHOULDER, REMEMBER???

And who said fish cant breath air???

Lou raisd some damn strong fish. That fish hung out in my live rock for more then one hour, while we searched and packaged up the other fish, them for the trip to my house, before he fell out of the rock into my rubbermaid. I then performed some cpr on him, (I mean her, ... phew...). And I am happy to report she is still alive.... (and we are seeing each other on the side...)

Actually that was a Midas Blenny that hitched a ride to your house Bill. Thanks for the CPR though! :eek1: He, err, I mean "she" is doing well in my 100. Amazing that it survived that long! Tough little fish.

The orange-shoulder, blue tang, and mystery wrasse are doing well in the 270 Rene. I know that tank had special sentimental value to you and it was tough for you to break it down. Just know that one day you will come back stronger than ever with a bigger, and even more beautiful tank! :D GL w/ everything in the future.

Hey , Rene,

Is that my missing Brittle star???

BTW: I am trying to identify something that hitched onto the rocks I got from you.

At first I thought it to be worm, or many worms. A half doze or so?

But I think it more likely a brittle star, as the 'wroms' sem to come from the same hole in the rock. The legs are really thin, (half as thin as the other two GBS' legs that i got from you.

The color onthe legs / 'worms' is light tan with slightly darker brown stripes.

the legs / worms are covered in some type of hair, very short, in a double row

The length of the legs / worms are between 4-8" long at least, as I can only see the end that comes out, floating around seeminly looking (by braile) for food bits

Let me know if they sound familiar?

thanks

Bill

Hey Bill,
I think they're bristle worms.
They could be small serpent stars, I'm not sure.
If you want the last serpent star, it's yours.

that is okay, someone else can enjoy it.

I maybe interested in more rock if no one take it by this weekend.

Depends on how much progress i make in my tank.
