Epoxy

skimmer goes crazy after applied little bit of epoxy to piece of rock. I did water change today and doesn't seem to take care of the issue. What else I can do?

I had that happening to me a few times in the past (not necessary because of epoxy but other dosings). This is what I did, in order, until it recovered:
- set the skimmer level to minimum, then collected & dumped a couple cups of the watery foam that it produced.
- removed the cup and let skimmer run "idle". It produced some foam inside the sump, it didn't come out and eventually it recovered to normal levels. Probably the chemicals evaporated or precipitated.
- stopped the skimmer for the night or a few hours.

It will usually foam for a few hours to a day then stop. I usually take the collection cup off for a day or so and refresh carbon after using epoxy for frags

Perfectly normal when epoxy is used, try to use superglue in gel instead, it will not react like the epoxy, just if possible remove the rock you're trying to attach the frag and apply the gel and attach. It cures in the water.
