Maybe I'm wrong, it looks like a powerhead. I don't think it is designed for a return. Unless you want like a 1/2" return, maybe?

I'd call that a power head, not a return pump.

Josh, look at the quietone 3000? I think. It's about 45 dollars, but it will give the lift you need. And no shipping, they have em at Petsmart.
