Going to set up a quarantine system and my question is any equipment used in this system after treating fish with chemicals, will I be able to use it again after bleaching then vinegar bathing and complete dry. Will it be reef safe?

No need to do wash in bleach and vinegar. You can do either or and rinse. Be sure to let dry thoroughly and you can reuse the equipment in your reef tank.
