Eradication question for Cryptocaryon Irritans

Hello,
Over the long Labor day weekend my fish developed a case of Crypto. I have read all of the threads and articles on how to completely eradicate this parasite using the fallow tank method. I have already set up a hospital tank and removed all of the fish from the DT. Do I also have to remove all of the snails, cleaner shrimp, hermit crabs and clams from the tank as well to ensure that these parasites will be completely killed off over the 10 week fallow period? The last thing I want to do is go through all of this and after 10 weeks find out the parasite is still in the tank from hosting one of the above invertebrates. Thank you for your help it is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your quick response. I was hoping for a response from one of the familiar faces from the other Crypto threads I read and you gave me my wish. Thanks again

crypto has been known to remain dormant for up to 90 days.. since you're going 10 weeks you mind as well add another 2 to be more certain.

The maximum observed lifetime at 75-80 degrees F is 10.3 weeks (72 days) in a lab setting (Colorni and Burgess 1997). It can live up to 5 months at lower temperatures.
