Error Message when launching Aquanotes

The computer is an XP Pro box. What should I do? I was able to backup my program from the web server, but what about the data and other settings? This is so frustrating! How can the web server work but not the program?

I did a windows system restore to a point before I turned on the web server and now I have access to Aquanotes! What should I do to get Aquanotes and the web server up and running?
On a side note, I don't have the computer hooked up to a monitor keyboard or mouse. I connect through remote desktop. This make some things a little scary. I didn't know how the restore would do on a remote desktop connection but it worked!

For AquaNotes support please email your authorization code (12 digits) to support@neptunesys.com, and I'll give you instructions on how to correct this problem. The code can be found on the piece of paper included w/ the CD or in the help->about AquaNotes window. BTW, AquaNotes does indeed work with windows XP.
