Erythromycin with Ammo lock

I am treating what seems like an external bacterial infection on my Scopas tang with erythromycin. He is currently in my qt tank, without going into detail my qt tank hasn't cycled yet so I was hoping to reduce stress to the fish by adding Ammo lock to the tank. Does anyone know if I can add both erythromycin and Ammo lock together or will I get issues by doing this?

Why not just do water changes? Antibiotics will most likely dwindle down your bioload anyway.

I personally wouldn't use ammo lock anywhere ever...
